Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management solution, which will give you total authority over your email boxes and e-newsletters. With this user-friendly user interface, you can set up a new e-mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward e-mail messages from one email mailbox to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your email mailboxes against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mail accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted email messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming mails on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and edit the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mails from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Just specify the email box account you wish to redirect e-mails from, then select the destination email box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choice to access your e-mail boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
